Return Policy
**NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 5 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
***ITEMS MARKED NON REFUNDABLE. WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND ARE NOT ELIGLIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT***
****Store Credit will ONLY be granted and good for 6 months. Store Credit cannot be converted into cash. No Exceptions..
WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
Non-Returnable merchandise include: Sale Products, Formal Dresses, Bodysuits, Bodysuit Sets, Mask, any Sets including a mask or facial wear, and all accessories.
3. Voluptuous Fashion by Star, LLC reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Voluptuous Fashion by Star, LLC.
5. Shipping fees are Non Refundable.
6. Vluxfasion/Voluptuous Fashion by Star, LLC diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
*** Please be sure to include the original packing so; therefore, Vluxfashion/Voluptuous Fashion by Star, LLC know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip there are no worries, you may enclose a note with full name and order number.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
STORE PICK-UP
Pickup Orders are typically processed with 2-3 days of order submission. Once order is ready you will receive a message via text or email stating your order is ready for pickup. Processed orders will be held in store for a total of 14 days of alert sent to you stating you order is ready.
For all orders that are not picked up within 14 days will be restocked at a 25% Restocking Fee Rate. Refund will be granted for the remaining 75% in the form of a Store Credit Gift Card (Electronically).
